Writers Rock

Do we really believe the hype that AI is going to take over our creativity, our spirits, our passions, our ability to connect to each other....to love?!  The outrage. The debate. The ongoing conversation.   How interesting yes? 

AI might be spreading false rumors that all of this is true and to be fair so much of what we are supposed to be sharing as humans in terms of connection has been taken from us by AI and tech. However, I have to stay optimistic that this will change.  This secretary has lots of thoughts on the matter to the contrary for another blog post at another time.  
 
For now? 

Love always wins. (Including the love of writing, making art, making......you can fill in the blanks here).

Sound naive?  Even I have to admit these days that it probably does; all data seems to suggest so.   

I'm cool with it though. If people want to think I'm naive so be it.  It's easier than ever to not care too much what people think of you as it has become such a rarity for people to actually get to know each other anyway. 

I'd rather stay in my love bubble than a dystopian "AI is taking over the world! Be afraid, be very, very afraid!" We are all going to have to pick our sides of the fence on this issue folks and I say love (creativity, passion, connection, our spirits) will win this war.   

Who would have ever thought that love would be on the chopping block in this world of ours to the degree that it has become.   Meaning basic human kindness, respect, loving each other, touch, art, great writing, intimacy through it all, and basically humanity itself.   

There is actually a war on love being waged these days as it seems at least. 

But what do I know? That's just my opinion and I'm just one weirdo on a planet of billions of weirdos.
